# Pricing — SGC Tech AI

All amounts are in AED and exclusive of 5% UAE VAT. Prices are fixed and scoped

## Layer 1 — Full Implementation (one-time, fixed, three tiers)

- **Foundation** — AED 14,000. Standard setup: everything configured and working to their stated needs. No customization, no fully custom reports; routine setup is administered by the client themselves.

- **Customized** — AED 24,000. Implementation with customization per the client's stated requirements, scoped in Discovery.

- **Extended tiers** — on request. Each higher tier carries its own defined number of customization hours, scoped in Discovery.

Layer 1 price is the one-time build price. Discovery scopes it in writing before
work begins; go-live is staged, with hypercare included in delivery.

## Layer 2 — Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) (mandatory, recurring)

- Suite: Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) — 20% of Implementation price / year. Billed annually. No go-live proceeds without an executed AMC.
- Covers platform maintenance, security patches, compliance updates to the
  configured UAE layer, and priority support after go-live.
- No go-live proceeds without an executed AMC: an unmaintained ERP simply decays.

## Layer 3 — Brokerage Ready subscription (rent) (recurring, per use)

- Subscription (Rent) — AED 875/month minimum. Includes five licensed users. Billed monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annually in advance; half-yearly saves 2.5% and annual saves 5%. All amounts exclusive of 5% UAE VAT.
- Price scales with the number of licensed users and the billing cycle
  (monthly / quarterly / half-yearly saves 2.5% / annual saves 5%).

## Usage-based add-on

- AI Credits: AED 0.018 per 1,000 tokens. Billed monthly in arrears against measured token usage; the AI automation service page carries the full per-task rate table.
- Example per-task rates: invoice draft AED 0.027;
  document OCR + summary AED 0.11.

## One-time onboarding fee

- One-time onboarding fee: AED 1,500. Waived for founding clients while their subscription stays active.
