## Who we are
A practitioner-led firm: chartered accountants and CIAs who have run UAE
finance functions ourselves and now build Odoo ERP and AI automation for
mid-market companies. We do not publish individual practitioner names —
the only signal that matters is the engagement being led by a chartered
accountant, end to end.

## Commercial model
Fixed price, fixed timeline. Diagnosis before prescription. Three layers:
- Implementation (One-time, fixed · three tiers): AED 14,000 foundation tier. Three tiers: AED 14,000 Foundation (standard setup, no customization or fully custom reports; client administers routine setup), AED 24,000 (customization per requirements), and higher tiers with a per-tier allocation of customization hours. Every implementation carries its own annual maintenance and updates fee under the Annual Maintenance Contract.
  - Tier 1 — Foundation: AED 14,000. Standard setup: everything configured and working to their stated needs. No customization, no fully custom reports; routine setup is administered by the client themselves.
  - Tier 2 — Customized: AED 24,000. Implementation with customization per the client's stated requirements, scoped in Discovery.
  - Tier 3 — Extended tiers: on request. Each higher tier carries its own defined number of customization hours, scoped in Discovery.
- Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) (Mandatory, recurring): 20% of Implementation price / year. Billed annually. No go-live proceeds without an executed AMC.
- Subscription (Rent) (Hosted platform, ~0 founder hours): AED 875/month minimum. Includes five licensed users. Billed monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annually in advance; half-yearly saves 2.5% and annual saves 5%. All amounts exclusive of 5% UAE VAT.
